Do I need to create a membership account to purchase?

A current membership account on VIP Lashmer is required to purchase and see product prices.

Can I still place order without Joining VIP Lashmer?

Not yet ready to Join VIP Lashmer. You can order from our retail website: www.lashmer.com

How can I cancel my VIP membership?

To check and manage your membership, login and click on account then click on Manage Membership. You will now see your membership status, click on See more details and then Cancel Membership.

By signing up to be a member of VIP Lashmer Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Membership Privileges and Conditions described below. Membership and fees

  • Any use of VIP Lashmer membership is subject to the VIP Member Privileges and Conditions.
  • Membership is available to all qualifying beauty technicians 16 years of age and over.
  • Lashmer reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
  • Membership fee is for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and entitles you to the discount set out on the membership type.
  • Your membership will renew automatically each year, unless paused or cancelled.
  • Membership cancellation will void any remaining fee for the period.

Your responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree:

  • Membership can only be used by the applicant.
  • Any sharing of memberships will result in termination at Lashmer’s discretion and without refund.
  • Memberships are not transferable.
  • Membership fee is non-refundable.
  • Cannot combine/transfer points to different accounts.
  • Maximum number of monthly trial is 3, any further attempts will result in membership termination without refund.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship Australia and New Zealand.
Free AU Express shipping on orders over AUD $299. Free NZ Express shipping on orders over AUD $599.

No Afterpay or Zip Pay payment options on Cart page

Currently, Express (Accelerated) checkouts are not supported for Afterpay or Zip Pay.

Please use the standard checkouts when paying with Afterpay or Zip Pay.

From the Cart page, please click on Check Out and continue to the payment screen which will have Afterpay and Zip Pay options.

Please note: Membership fees cannot be paid by: Buy now, pay later.

How to check your VIP Lashmer Points?

To check your VIP Lashmer Points, you will need to log into your account and then click on the Rewards menu (located on the bottom left). You will find your VIP Lashmer Points at the top of the rewards panel.

How to redeem your VIP Lashmer Points?

To turn points into a reward, you will need at least 1,500 Lashmer Points.

To redeem, you will need to log into your account and then click on the Rewards menu (located on the bottom left). Next, click on Ways to redeem. If you do have enough points for one of the rewards, there will be a Redeem button. Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Copy Discount code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
