Do I need to create a membership account to purchase?
A current membership account on VIP Lashmer is required to purchase and see product prices.
Can I still place order without Joining VIP Lashmer?
Not yet ready to Join VIP Lashmer. You can order from our retail website: www.lashmer.com
How can I cancel my VIP membership?
To check and manage your membership, login and click on account then click on Manage Membership. You will now see your membership status, click on See more details and then Cancel Membership.

No Afterpay or Zip Pay payment options on Cart page
Currently, Express (Accelerated) checkouts are not supported for Afterpay or Zip Pay.

How to check your VIP Lashmer Points?
To check your VIP Lashmer Points, you will need to log into your account and then click on the Rewards menu (located on the bottom left). You will find your VIP Lashmer Points at the top of the rewards panel.
How to redeem your VIP Lashmer Points?
To turn points into a reward, you will need at least 1,500 Lashmer Points.To redeem, you will need to log into your account and then click on the Rewards menu (located on the bottom left). Next, click on Ways to redeem. If you do have enough points for one of the rewards, there will be a Redeem button. Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Copy Discount code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.
